All our activities and extra services are exclusively reserved for our overnight guests.
The whole property, rooms, pool and garden, will host a max of 8 guests.
POOL
SEASONAL ONLY: Usually open from JUNE until OCTOBER
OPENING HOURS 9 AM - 9 PM. Pool with salt water system. Safe entrance with wide steps. Pool depth: 1.5 m.
For each room two beach towels, one sunbed and one deck chair are available.
It is not possible to use the pool before 3pm on the day of arrival and after 11am on the day of departure.
ENJOY THE GARDEN
You can use our outdoor furniture to enjoy our quiet garden.
There is plenty of shade under our oak trees where you can have a picnic, read a book or work with your computer.
Wifi works in the patio area too.

WINE TASTING
The wine scene of Lazio is a fascinating blend of ancient tradition and modern revival. Today Lazio is best known for its crisp and refreshing white wines. While historically known for simple, everyday wines, Lazio has undergone a quality revolution in recent decades. Producers are focusing on lower yields, indigenous varieties, and volcanic terroir resulting in wines with bright acidity, minerality, and distinctive character.
The scene today is dynamic and evolving, offering far more depth and sophistication than its rustic reputation once suggested.
If you want to experience a winery and tasting tour you have the opportunity to visti Carpineti Cantine, only one hour drive from Botanea.
CLIMBING
Classic Crags and Hills in the Rieti Area: The hills around Rieti host a host of crags with quality limestone, from the compact rock of Grotti to other sectors like Poggio Catino, Roccantica, and Valle del Turano. These spots offer routes for intermediate to advanced climbers and are popular for day trips from Rome.
“La Fortezza” near Turano Valley: A newer and increasingly popular crag with a wide spread of difficulties, often staying dry when other areas get wet.
COOKING WORKSHOP
Do you want to know how to make handmade pasta, tortellini or how to season and prepare a tartare?
Only 10 minutes away from us, in Monterotondo, there is a nice bistrot run by friends, and they organise cooking masterclass with their talented chef.
